    HI Mark,
    Just come across your website whilst searching google. Must say really good site.
    We’re very experienced in procuring BMV properties that need renovation in our area, South Wales and North East England as e have agents there.
    Always looking at ways of making more profit and saving money we are reviewing Lease Options and need advice on how to procure property with the same parameters as we have at present in numbers.
    At present we buy at around £35,000, spend £5,000 on renovation and either sell to one of our ready waiting buyers at a discount or take out a BTL mortgage.
    By using Lease Options we will not have to find the £35,000 purchase price and legal fees, and very importantly we are able to sell on immediately, which is sometimes difficult with the 6 month rule.

    Hi Mark, not sure if you will remember me but we met in passing at an event a couple of years. Anyway, it has taken some time for me to get through all the resources and learning material I bought and I am trying to do my first ‘deal’ now. Its a three bed property in Worcester, valued around £120k and I can get it for £110,000 on a 5 year option so I am really happy. My worry is finding good tenants. I don’t want to use lettings agents because they charge so much. I am wondering if you could share some thoughts on how you look for tenants and check they are who they say they are?

      Congratulations on your first Lease Option Deal! You live in a beautiful part of the country, as I remember.

      Finding good tenants can be challenging, the key is knowing where and how to find them. Of course you may want to look for tenant buyers and here is an article you may find useful. It may be worth joining organisations such as the National Landlords Association who can point you in the right direction for referencing a tenant.

      Have a clear idea of your strategy too, and one of the keys to success is asking the right questions. For example, is the property suitable for professional tenants, or those who receive Housing Allowance? How can you maximise the rental return?

We have been approached by a number of buyers who have told us they want to rent to buy or rent to own our house and we wanted to know more. One of them mentioned “Lease Options” and when we googled it your lease options web site came up at the top. I can see why.     I’m not one to comment on websites to be honest and certainly not a fan of dramatic whooping but I have to say this website has made a vast difference to my life. I have been investing in property for some time in what is considered to be the traditional style but never made any real money. I have learnt over time that I have been buying the wrong properties in the wrong places after listening to the wrong people. Now I have found the right people to listen to and once I have offloaded my liabilities asap I will be investing heavily in the resources available in your shop.
