1. Don’t Be Too Eager
It may come as a surprise to some of you but one of my very first Lease Option deals ended up costing me over £8,000. At that time I had been learning Lease Options as fast as I could. I was full of energy and spirit. I had just discovered a way I could control and profit from property I didn’t own and I could not wait to do as many deals as I could. And that was the mistake. I was too eager to take any deal I could find.
My tip is don’t be too eager to get the lease option deal done. Take a step back and look at all the information you have again. If there are any gaps, fill them in. Ask more questions if you need to.
