    Hi Mark,

I bought your lease options made simple investor handbook last week and have already read it cover to cover. I have to be honest the information you get for less than twenty quid is quite amazing. Of the lease options books on the market right now, nothing compares to this. I cannot recommend the lease options book enough.

    all the best

    John

I can’t thank you enough for your lease options investor handbook. It is the best resource I have found for lease options in the UK. I was amazed at the value of the jump started kit – there is so much extra stuff in there!
Brilliant quality, the best £20 I have spent on education in a long long time.!
Now for me to get out there and apply it and actually start doing Lease Options!

What would you recommend to do first to someone who is totally new to lease options? How would you advise to start learning this strategies?

    Regards,

    Hi Mark,

I am planning to start my investor career soon therefore wanted to ask whether you think East London is the market to start looking for investment/lease option properties considering repossessions and other motivated sellers.

      Hi Marijus,

The Lease Option Investor Handbook answers your question very nicely. You will discover how lease options can work very well in any market or location, if you consider your approach and strategy. When it comes to using lease options with financially distressed sellers, though, Wendy and I do not advise that. There is a difference between stressed and distressed sellers, which you need to keep clear in mind.
Let us know if we can be of any further help.

      Regards,

      Mark
